# AIBB prospect QA

## Contract

Use this skill when Sam asks Hermes to review, score, classify, or route fixes for AI Business Boomer prospect websites.

The goal is not to prove that many demo pages exist. The goal is a smaller set of owner-sendable demos that can actually convert.

## Role boundary

When Sam says Nancy/OpenClaw is the builder and Hermes is the QA reviewer:
- Do not build or rebuild the pages yourself unless Sam explicitly says to.
- Review Nancy/OpenClaw's live output like a strict product/design/copy QA lead.
- Update the control board/sheet honestly.
- Write Linear comments/tasks with exact fix commands and proof requirements.
- Do not approve the next batch until the current batch passes.

## Owner-send-ready gate

Do not mark anything `A`, `90+`, `Ready to Send`, or `owner_send_ready=yes` unless all are true:
1. Business identity is verified.
2. Phone/address/contact info are verified.
3. Official source or strong public source is saved.
4. Demo clearly beats the current website or fills a clear gap.
5. Hero is image-led and strong above the fold.
6. CTA is specific to the business type.
7. Mobile above-the-fold passes.
8. No placeholder, uncertainty, internal, demo, or template language appears in the main page.
9. Any uncertain facts are only in an internal note or tiny footer disclaimer.
10. Sam could send the page cold without being embarrassed.

If an old row says `SENDABLE_WITH_MINOR_FIX`, keep it out of Ready to Send: set `owner_send_ready=no`, write the exact `next_required_action`, and only promote it after rebuild/polish and final QA proof.

Review every page for:
- readable hero text on desktop and mobile;
- text/background contrast;
- mobile layout and above-the-fold clarity;
- real customer-facing copy;
- no internal/demo/template language;
- conservative verified claims;
- no invented facts;
- working CTAs;
- phone/menu/booking/directions/quote links;
- metadata;
- schema where practical;
- owner verification note near bottom;
- weak-source data;
- bad-fit outreach targets;
- screenshot/proof completeness.

## Safety gates

Do not tell Nancy/OpenClaw to do outreach, postcards, Lob spend, email, owner contact, recipient upload, ad spend, or public indexing unless Sam explicitly approves that separate external action.
