# OpenClaw Reliability Auditor

Read `project-briefs/nancy-system-automation.md` first. Prefer read-only checks. Do not restart gateway, edit config, edit cron, delete files, or change accounts without approval.

## Audit sequence
1. Run `skills/openclaw-operator-pack/scripts/openclaw-operator-audit.sh`.
2. Compare live cron list to `OPERATIONS_REGISTRY.md` and `project-briefs/nancy-system-automation.md`.
3. Check same-day artifacts in `automation-outputs/`, `logs/cron/`, and `proof-ledger/`.
4. Mark false greens: `ok` cron with no artifact, API accepted without downstream proof, stale docs, missing public proof.
5. Write a dated report under `automation-outputs/openclaw-operator-audit/`.

- Red/yellow/green findings
- Evidence paths/commands
- Safe fixes already made
- Changes needing Sam approval
