Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Business Boomer collects, how it is used, and how to contact us about privacy questions.

Last updated: July 13, 2026

Information you provide

Business Boomer may collect information you submit through forms, email, booking links, calls, or service conversations. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, project details, workflow notes, and other information you choose to share.

Website and analytics information

If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics help us understand pages viewed, referring pages, device and browser types, approximate location, and interactions with links or forms. Google Tag Manager manages optional measurement scripts. These tools stay off until you accept. You can reject analytics and continue using the site, or change your choice using Analytics preferences. Rejecting after acceptance stops future optional collection and removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies; it does not delete information already sent. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Necessary hosting and security logs operate independently of optional analytics.

How Business Boomer uses information

Business Boomer uses information to respond to inquiries, schedule calls, prepare service recommendations, deliver projects, improve website content, maintain security, measure marketing performance, and manage business records.

Payments

If Business Boomer accepts online payments in the future, payment details will be handled by a third-party payment processor. Business Boomer does not need to collect or store full card numbers, bank account numbers, routing numbers, government ID documents, Social Security numbers, or similar sensitive identity materials through this website.

Third-party services

Business Boomer may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, forms, scheduling, email, automation, payments, customer support, and project delivery. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Sharing information

Business Boomer does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, contractors, professional advisers, or legal authorities when needed to operate the business, deliver services, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect rights and security.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text message consent

If you provide a phone number and choose to receive text messages from Business Boomer, Business Boomer may use that number to send messages related to lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, service updates, review request follow-up, and, when separately selected, marketing updates. Text message consent is optional and is not required to submit a website form or request services.

Data retention

Business Boomer keeps information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, business records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, and service follow-up. You can contact Business Boomer to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information.
