Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how Business Boomer handles cancellations, project changes, and refund requests for service work.
Last updated: July 1, 2026
Scope
This policy applies to Business Boomer services, including website work, AI automation setup, workflow audits, implementation support, consulting, and related service packages. If a signed proposal, statement of work, or invoice includes different refund or cancellation terms, those written terms control for that project.
Cancellations before work starts
You may request a cancellation before Business Boomer starts the paid work. If no work has started and no non-refundable third-party cost has been incurred for your project, Business Boomer may refund the payment or cancel the unpaid invoice.
Work in progress
Once work has started, payments cover the time, planning, strategy, setup, drafting, configuration, review, and implementation already performed. Business Boomer may offer a partial refund, project credit, or revised scope when that is fair based on the completed work and remaining deliverables.
Completed services
Completed service work is generally not refundable. This includes delivered website pages, audits, strategy documents, workflow maps, automation setup work, training, support sessions, and implementation assets.
Subscriptions and ongoing support
If Business Boomer offers an ongoing support plan, you may cancel future renewal periods by contacting Business Boomer before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future service periods. It does not automatically refund a current or past service period.
Third-party costs
Fees paid to third-party platforms, software providers, hosting services, advertising platforms, data providers, contractors, payment processors, or other outside vendors are subject to that provider's terms. Business Boomer cannot guarantee refunds for third-party costs.
How to request help
To request a cancellation, scope change, or refund review, email sam@aibusinessboomer.com with your name, business name, invoice number if available, and a short description of the issue.
