You may use this website to learn about Business Boomer, read business and AI automation resources, submit inquiries, and contact Business Boomer about services. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a harmful way, or use it for unlawful activity.

Business Boomer may provide website work, AI automation setup, workflow audits, implementation support, consulting, and related business services. Specific deliverables, fees, timelines, review steps, and acceptance criteria should be documented in an invoice, proposal, email agreement, or statement of work.

Payments are due according to the invoice or written agreement for the project. Business Boomer may pause work when required payments are overdue. Future payment buttons or invoice links on this website will be for agreed Business Boomer services only.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, access to approved business materials, and rights to any content, logos, images, data, or tools you ask Business Boomer to use. You remain responsible for legal, financial, accounting, tax, compliance, employment, medical, and industry-specific decisions.

AI and automation tools can save time, but they can make mistakes. Business Boomer may recommend human review steps for workflows involving pricing, refunds, customer disputes, legal language, medical information, financial decisions, sensitive personal data, or high-trust customer communication.

Projects may involve third-party platforms such as website hosts, analytics tools, CRMs, scheduling tools, accounting systems, payment processors, AI tools, and automation platforms. Business Boomer does not control third-party pricing, availability, security, policies, or product changes.

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, Business Boomer keeps ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, internal tools, know-how, reusable code, and general process knowledge. After full payment, clients may use project-specific deliverables created for their business as described in the applicable agreement.

Business Boomer does not guarantee specific revenue, profit, search rankings, traffic, lead volume, conversion rates, savings, or operational outcomes. Results depend on the business, offer, market, tools, data quality, team follow-through, and outside factors.
