Managed service for local businesses
Google Review Request Automation for Small Businesses
Make an honest review request part of finishing the job. Business Boomer helps you choose the trigger, timing and wording, then prepares response drafts for your approval.

What we set up
- Neutral request wording for every eligible customer after completed work.
- Request timing tied to a confirmed job, appointment or other agreed completion record.
- The same public review destination for eligible customers, regardless of expected rating.
- Owner-approved reply drafts and separate service-recovery tasks when a customer raises a problem.
What we need from you
- Identify the completed-work record and confirm who is eligible to receive a request.
- Provide your actual Google review link and approve the communication channel and wording.
- Choose who approves replies and resolves private customer issues.
- Confirm system permissions and request volume. This service does not promise a review count, rating or Google ranking.
From setup to owner approval
STEP 1
Choose the trigger
Use real completed work as the starting point. Check that a customer cannot receive repeated requests for the same job.
STEP 2
Review the wording
Approve one neutral invitation. Keep the public review link available regardless of sentiment.
STEP 3
Review the results
Check request records, delivery where available and reply drafts. Handle service issues privately without restricting an honest public review.
Example
A neutral request after a completed job
- Starting point
- Sample record: a landscaping job is marked complete and the customer is eligible for one request.
- Proposed output
- “Thank you for choosing our team. If you would like to share your experience, you can leave an honest Google review here: [your review link].”
This is sample wording, not a message sent to a customer. Do not offer incentives, ask only satisfied customers or write the customer’s review. A complaint creates a separate service task; it does not remove the review invitation.
Managed setup, DIY software or a human team?
Choose managed setup
Work with AIBB when you want help defining the workflow, preparing the wording and checking the handoff. You still approve the rules and own customer decisions.
Choose DIY software
Configure a tool yourself when someone on your team can own setup, testing, exceptions and ongoing changes. Compare subscription, usage and staff time together.
Keep the work with people
Use a human team when requests need judgment, sensitive conversations or commitments outside clear rules. Automation can support routine intake without making those decisions.

Questions before you start
Clear answers for owners comparing practical AI automation, workflow cleanup, and small-business systems.
What does the service cost?
The first month is $0, then $199/month with no setup fee. With the AI Voice Receptionist, both services cost $300/month after the first free month.
Can I filter out unhappy customers?
No. Eligible customers receive the same neutral invitation. A service issue can create a separate recovery task, but it must not block, delay or change the public review path based on expected rating.
Will you post replies without my approval?
The service prepares response drafts for owner approval. Check facts and tone before posting, especially when a review includes private customer details.
Can you remove a negative review or guarantee better rankings?
No. Google decides whether a review violates its policies. We do not guarantee removal, star ratings, review volume or search rankings.
Bring one workflow to discuss.
We will review the current process, confirm the requirements and agree what a useful first test should show.
